We recently moved to Kutztown. We had a sewer blockage and a friend recommended we call Moyer. They fit us into their schedule immediately and resolved the problem. The gentleman were John and Wyatt. They were extremely helpful and kind. It didn't cost a fortune.

Great response time to my heating issue. Service rep determined what needed to be repaired, gave me a detailed explanation, a quote, and set up a temporary fix for heating till replacement part came in. New part was available & installed within 2 days by same service rep. Excellent service!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Moyer from the day of the initial estimate until the work was completed. It’s the most money my wife and I have ever spent on our home improvement and it is well worth it. Representatives are awesome and the product is fantastic. They made sure to get us the right system for our situation and got it installed quickly, without disruption to our lives. Their staff was friendly and respectful of our home. Moyer was highly recommended by professionals we trust. The work was completed right before this recent heat wave and we noticed a significant increase in the cooling efficiency and overall consistent temperature in our home during those 90+ degree days. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase and working with Moyer. Highly recommended them for all of your Total Comfort needs!!!

This was by far the most pleasant home service that I've ever had. They called me with updates on arrival times and Nick was great. He was able to troubleshoot and correct my issue quickly. The propane fed heater in our home had a catastrophic failure on a Sunday evening and wouldn’t shut off. After a loud bang and the smell of propane, my wife threw the circuit breaker while I shut off the propane tanks. We called Moyer, and the oncall tech, Bob, advised us we did the right thing and were safe until he could get to us. When he got to the house, upon inspection, he found that the propane value had blown causing the combustion chamber to over heat and crack. He sent his report in and by 10 AM the next morning Steve Moyer was at our home to help us get a heater/AC system installed ASAP due to more snow and ice in the forecast. We live in a manufactured home and special parts were required so Steve drove to Harrisburg Tuesday morning to get them while the install team, Roberto, Nick and Wyatt began the install. They did a fantastic job installing the unit and answered all our questions. My wife and I are very impressed with the above and beyond service. Thank you very much to Bob, Steve, Roberto, Nick and Wyatt for everything they did to help us at a very stressful time.

I have used this company twice now for preventative maintenance cleaning. They are on time, professional, and don't bring a bag of surprises with them.The prices seem competitive and the work is solid.Update:I have used this company four times now and they are consistent in the good service.Case in point - the young man who just did my air conditioning and heat pump PM was very thorough. He did not rush, he took his time, he answered my questions, he even scrubbed the outside unit to make it look new. Well done!Another update:My furnace ended up dying (not their fault or their equipment). Everything was competitive, professional, and smooth from pricing to install.The entire team has been very helpful the whole time.

THE BEST OF THE BEST!The folks at Moyer have never let us down! From day one their service has been impeccable! But today our service technician Roberto went above and beyond during our semi annual winter system check up.… This guy took photos of every element of our system that he checked on, and on the end of his visit, went over each photo with me explaining the efficiency of each component… I was blown away! This Is in my opinion best of class service, and the reason we have Moyer indoor comfort as our HVAC provider!

Just had a furnace installed by Moyer's and they did an amazing job. Brian, Brandon, and Joe were great. Brian was here each day until it was finished to perfection & stayed to make sure it was done correctly. Jerry followed up with me each day to make sure everything was going ok and keep me updated and even contacted Countryside (the fuel provider) to make sure they were coming when they said they were. It was overall a great experience. So glad I chose them to put in my new AC/furnace and heat pump! Moyers made such a horrible experience, a great one for our family. we don't have to deal with the oil smell any longer in our house and our house is safer now. Thank you so much Brian, Jerry, Brandon, and Joe!**Update: Roberto was out today 10/15/24 and did a great job for the checkup. He was kind and answered any questions we had. I reached out to Moyer on the hottest day of the year when my air conditioning was failing and i was going on vacation the very next day for a week.. i figured that many other people were experiencing similar issues with their cooling systems so i was taking a long shot requesting that they come out same day. Michele took my call and was extremely understanding and gathered all of the information she needed. She told me she would do her best to get someone out and communicated with me throughout the day. Steve responded within a couple of hours and fixed the problem within an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. i can’t praise this company enough. They are the epitome of what a good business should be. i am so grateful that they were there for me. I wish there were 10 stars so that i could rate them higher!!

There’s a reason we have been loyal customers with Moyer for many years—trust. We trust their professional opinion and their work. From interacting with Roberto about an issue on the weekend (he came out quickly and verified my concern) to speaking with the office numerous times via phone, text, and email about the solution to the issue, everyone was professional and helpful. Today, after parts were ordered, Roberto came out to fix the problem and he got things running well. He was pleasant, professional, thorough and he kept things clean. He also was able to save us some money by verifying that one part was still in good shape and did not have to be replaced, as we originally thought. Once again, Moyer has done a great job!

My Interaction with Moyer Total Indoor Comfort started with Kelly. Who was professional, wonderful and easy to talk to. Then only 2 hours after I made the call. Ryan and Rob showed up. Both the gentlemen were consummate professionals. Rob/Bob took the lead and was a very good teacher to his Padawan Ryan. Ryan for his part was very attentive and a great assistant. I work with Technicians in Heavy equipment and would love to have 2 employees like Bob and Ryan. I was apprised of what what going every step of the way and my issue was fixed in very short order. I could not be happier with Moyer's.

Within the past couple of years, Moyer has replaced our oil-fired hot water boiler, and switched out a failed central A/C unit for a heat pump that put us in a position of only needing to use the boiler for domestic hot water, and hydronic heat on colder days. Neither repair was fast or easy, but they put in full days of work on each, and we're pleased with the results.

Bob and Berto were a great team. Arrived earlier then expected. Told my husband and I about another problem they may have encountered. And asked before just fixing it. Looked into it, found the small but big problem, fixed it. And just all around made it a great and fun time. They even interacted with my kids and my cat(which she was happy about). Excellent customer service! I replaced my aging central air with an efficient heat pump system and I could not be happier. Very knowledgeable professional staff. When I had an issue with the new thermostat, they responded quickly and fixed the issue no charge. They also wired my old whole house humidifier into the new system using the new digital thermostat. Overall great experience. Kelly the scheduler is a joy to speak to.
