I reached out to Moyer on the hottest day of the year when my air conditioning was failing and i was going on vacation the very next day for a week.. i figured that many other people were experiencing similar issues with their cooling systems so i was taking a long shot requesting that they come out same day. Michele took my call and was extremely understanding and gathered all of the information she needed. She told me she would do her best to get someone out and communicated with me throughout the day. Steve responded within a couple of hours and fixed the problem within an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. i can’t praise this company enough. They are the epitome of what a good business should be. i am so grateful that they were there for me. I wish there were 10 stars so that i could rate them higher!!

We had our blower go on our furnace, actually another company put the blower in and told me our thermostat was also bad after installing a new thermostat and still not having power we called Moyer’s to come out. They responded quickly sending someone out the same day. Bob was knowledgeable and quickly able to diagnose and fix the issue the other company messed up. After 3 cold weeks we have heat!

We had a furnace tune up and inspection done today to the system in our new home. Adam was our tech. Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and explained every detail to me. The whole service was done in a very timely manner. Fast reliable service. Would highly recommend.

This was the most competitively priced company we talked to and when their techs came out, they spent a lot of time here and explained everything to me which I was grateful for. We started smelling oil in our basement and couldn't figure out why. The techs determined I had a leak in the line and fixed the issue. Total cost was very reasonable for how much time they spent at the property. We'll only be using Moyer moving forward for our heating and cooling service calls.

Jonathan was here yesterday to install a pair of faucets. He did a great job! Explained what he would be doing and reviewed the finished work. He also cleaned up very well when the job was completed. Roberto is a great communicator. He explained what to expect during services and what to expect once our system was serviced and back up and running. He also pointed out some areas that could be potential problems in the future. The price I was quoted for annual service is what was owed with no added extra fees or BS finding to increase the cost. Great job!

We recently moved to Kutztown. We had a sewer blockage and a friend recommended we call Moyer. They fit us into their schedule immediately and resolved the problem. The gentleman were John and Wyatt. They were extremely helpful and kind. It didn't cost a fortune.

Great response time to my heating issue. Service rep determined what needed to be repaired, gave me a detailed explanation, a quote, and set up a temporary fix for heating till replacement part came in. New part was available & installed within 2 days by same service rep. Excellent service!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Moyer from the day of the initial estimate until the work was completed. It’s the most money my wife and I have ever spent on our home improvement and it is well worth it. Representatives are awesome and the product is fantastic. They made sure to get us the right system for our situation and got it installed quickly, without disruption to our lives. Their staff was friendly and respectful of our home. Moyer was highly recommended by professionals we trust. The work was completed right before this recent heat wave and we noticed a significant increase in the cooling efficiency and overall consistent temperature in our home during those 90+ degree days. The propane fed heater in our home had a catastrophic failure on a Sunday evening and wouldn’t shut off. After a loud bang and the smell of propane, my wife threw the circuit breaker while I shut off the propane tanks. We called Moyer, and the oncall tech, Bob, advised us we did the right thing and were safe until he could get to us. When he got to the house, upon inspection, he found that the propane value had blown causing the combustion chamber to over heat and crack. He sent his report in and by 10 AM the next morning Steve Moyer was at our home to help us get a heater/AC system installed ASAP due to more snow and ice in the forecast. We live in a manufactured home and special parts were required so Steve drove to Harrisburg Tuesday morning to get them while the install team, Roberto, Nick and Wyatt began the install. They did a fantastic job installing the unit and answered all our questions. My wife and I are very impressed with the above and beyond service. Thank you very much to Bob, Steve, Roberto, Nick and Wyatt for everything they did to help us at a very stressful time.

I have used this company twice now for preventative maintenance cleaning. They are on time, professional, and don't bring a bag of surprises with them.The prices seem competitive and the work is solid.Update:I have used this company four times now and they are consistent in the good service.Case in point - the young man who just did my air conditioning and heat pump PM was very thorough. He did not rush, he took his time, he answered my questions, he even scrubbed the outside unit to make it look new. Well done!Another update:My furnace ended up dying (not their fault or their equipment). Everything was competitive, professional, and smooth from pricing to install.The entire team has been very helpful the whole time.

THE BEST OF THE BEST!The folks at Moyer have never let us down! From day one their service has been impeccable! But today our service technician Roberto went above and beyond during our semi annual winter system check up.… This guy took photos of every element of our system that he checked on, and on the end of his visit, went over each photo with me explaining the efficiency of each component… I was blown away! This Is in my opinion best of class service, and the reason we have Moyer indoor comfort as our HVAC provider!
