I recently completed a heat inspection on a Lennox furnace. The inspection was part of a routine maintenance check for a residential property. During the inspection, I checked the furnace's combustion chamber, heat exchanger, and venting system for any signs of damage or wear. I also tested the thermostat and blower motor to ensure they were functioning properly. After the inspection, I provided the homeowner with a detailed report outlining my findings and recommendations for any necessary repairs or maintenance. I also offered to provide ongoing maintenance services to ensure the furnace continues to operate efficiently and safely.
Arrived at a residential home to provide a tune-up on a Trane AC. The system was thoroughly inspected and tested. Recommended changing the air filter, but overall there were no issues with the system.
