Did the heat inspection for a Rheem heat pump and a New Yorker oil boiler. Found a leaking air vent and replaced it. Both systems running well.
Performed routine maintenance on a 3-year-old Lennox heat pump. Inspected the air filter and cleaned it for optimal airflow. Checked refrigerant levels, which were within the proper range, ensuring efficient cooling and heating performance. Examined the electrical connections and tightened any loose wires. The condenser coils were clean and in good condition. Tested the thermostat and verified that it was accurately controlling the system. Overall, the heat pump is running well and remains in excellent condition for reliable performance.
Plumbing installation. Replacing deep well water pump that failed over the holiday weekend. The customer was thankful to have a working water pump again.
Working this afternoon in Lenhartsville for a fantastic client. Upon arrival, I noticed low water pressure. The issue was a failed bladder in the storage tank, compounded by an outdated jet pump. I installed a new submersible pump in the well and replaced the storage tank to restore proper pressure. The system is now fully operational with significantly improved water flow.
