The propane fed heater in our home had a catastrophic failure on a Sunday evening and wouldn’t shut off. After a loud bang and the smell of propane, my wife threw the circuit breaker while I shut off the propane tanks. We called Moyer, and the oncall tech, Bob, advised us we did the right thing and were safe until he could get to us. When he got to the house, upon inspection, he found that the propane value had blown causing the combustion chamber to over heat and crack. He sent his report in and by 10 AM the next morning Steve Moyer was at our home to help us get a heater/AC system installed ASAP due to more snow and ice in the forecast. We live in a manufactured home and special parts were required so Steve drove to Harrisburg Tuesday morning to get them while the install team, Roberto, Nick and Wyatt began the install. They did a fantastic job installing the unit and answered all our questions. My wife and I are very impressed with the above and beyond service. Thank you very much to Bob, Steve, Roberto, Nick and Wyatt for everything they did to help us at a very stressful time.
