Heat inspection on a Samsung mini split
I performed a comprehensive tune-up on a Samsung mini-split system to ensure optimal performance. I began by inspecting the indoor and outdoor units, checking for any signs of wear or debris buildup. I cleaned the condenser and evaporator coils, removed dust from the air filters, and checked the refrigerant levels to maintain proper cooling efficiency. I also tested the system’s thermostat, blower motor, and electrical connections for safety and functionality. After running a full operational test, the system was restored to peak efficiency.
Furnace repair service call. Customer has a ten year old Lennox unit that has no heating maintenance plan in place. Control board had shorted out; replaced the control board. Advised customer that unit was getting old and they would want to prepare for furnace replacement in the near future.
