We had a plumbing issue that probably did not require too much detailed work. Were almost unable to obtain service due to the fact that their one and only plumber was going on vacation the following week. Expressing my concern regarding wait time for service even though we pay extra for priority service, they did manage to send someone out to address our problem and for that I was grateful. John was knowledgeable and did the required repairs in less than an hour.
