I am a skilled professional that works for a Moyer Total Indoor Comfort company. I recently completed a furnace tuneup and inspection for a customer. The furnace was running efficiently and passed the inspection with flying colors. I also provided the customer with helpful tips on how to maintain their furnace for optimal performance.
Completed heating check on Amana furnace. System is working great and shows no safety or comfort concerns.
I recently completed a heating inspection on a Lennox furnace at a residential property. Completed heating check on Lennox oil furnace. Replaced oil nozzle and filter at the tank. Turned system on and verified safe and proper operation of the system.
Was doing a regular maintenance check on this AC unit and had a rodent buildup, and started to chew at the wires. Cleaned it up I made sure all wires were still in good condition as well this capacitor. These are the sort of things that’s why it’s good to get regular maintenance cleaning.
Maintenance on a almost 20 year old Lenox
This morning, I installed a new half-bath vanity sink and toilet for a customer. I connected the Delta faucet and P-trap to the 1-1/4" PVC drain line, then secured the Kohler toilet to the 4" ABS flange and completed the water supply lines using PEX tubing. The new fixtures are fully operational.
