Replaced a faulty aquastat and a leaking air vent on a 1998 EFM oil boiler.

I recently completed a furnace tuneup and inspection for a client. The furnace was in good condition and passed all the necessary tests. I also provided the client with a detailed report of my findings.

Completed a heating check on a Trane furnace. The system was working properly, and tested all the components and ensure that the furnace was operating at peak efficiency.

Performed routine maintenance on a Lennox Elite propane furnace and heat pump. System is in good condition and operating normally. There was a rattling noise on the heat pump caused by a loose panel, adjusted everything so that noise was reduced to normal levels. Replaced Humidifier pad.

Completed heating check on Weil McLain boiler. Pilot is lit and operating properly. Piping is in good condition. Expansion tank is in good condition. Flue piping is in good condition. Circulator is operating properly. Gas pressure is good, and gave valve is operating properly. Thermostat is operating properly. All flue pipe readings are within manufacturer recommended ranges. Competed heating check on Heil furnace. Drain line is in good condition. Condensate pump is operating properly. Humidifier is operating properly. Ductwork is in good condition. Filter for both humidifier and unit are in good condition. Blower is clean and clear of debris. Inducer motor is operating properly. Burners and gas valve are operating properly. Flame color is good and indicates good combustion. Flue pipe readings are all within a good range. Temperature split was 46 degrees. System efficiency is 95%. System operating properly.

I replaced a malfunctioning Insinkerator Badger 5 garbage disposal. The old unit was jammed and not grinding food waste effectively. I removed the existing disposal, installed the new one, and connected it to the sink drain and electrical supply. After testing the new disposal, it functioned properly with no leaks or electrical issues.

I completed an annual maintenance check on a Lennox XC21 air conditioner. I cleaned the condenser coils with a coil cleaner, checked refrigerant levels, and inspected the electrical connections. I also replaced the air filter and tested the system’s cooling performance. Afterward, the AC was running efficiently and ready for the summer season.

Repaired Bradford White RG2PV50S6N gas water heater. Diagnosed faulty thermocouple. Replaced with OEM part, cleaned burner assembly. Tested gas valve operation and adjusted to proper manifold pressure. Flushed tank to remove sediment. Verified proper venting and carbon monoxide levels. Restored hot water supply within 3 hours.
