Everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind and helpful. From estimate to office to installation. I ask a lot of questions and they never seemed bothered by them. They were great about providing additional information so I could understand what they were doing. They were prompt and affordable. Adam and Wyatt were the techs and were knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious. We just had a hot water heater installed and will be reaching out to them in the future for quotes on other HVAC needs.

Competed heating check on Heil furnace. Drain line is in good condition. Condensate pump is operating properly. Humidifier is operating properly. Ductwork is in good condition. Filter for both humidifier and unit are in good condition. Blower is clean and clear of debris. Inducer motor is operating properly. Burners and gas valve are operating properly. Flame color is good and indicates good combustion. Flue pipe readings are all within a good range. Temperature split was 46 degrees. System efficiency is 95%. System operating properly.

I replaced a malfunctioning Insinkerator Badger 5 garbage disposal. The old unit was jammed and not grinding food waste effectively. I removed the existing disposal, installed the new one, and connected it to the sink drain and electrical supply. After testing the new disposal, it functioned properly with no leaks or electrical issues.
