Responded to service call regarding loss of power to HVAC system following work performed by handyman near generator transfer switch. Upon arrival, inspected main electrical panel and generator transfer panel. Found that circuit breaker feeding the generator sub-panel had been inadvertently switched, disrupting power distribution to the air conditioning and furnace systems while leaving the generator itself operational.

Identified the "GEN PANEL FEED" breaker in the main distribution panel and verified proper positioning. Reset the affected circuit breaker to restore normal power flow to the HVAC equipment through the transfer switch system. Tested air conditioning and furnace operation to confirm full restoration of service. Documented electrical panel configuration with photos showing breaker positions and circuit directory for service records. All systems returned to normal operation with no additional issues identified.

Responded to troubleshoot ongoing water system issues including recurring low water pressure, filter contamination with black sediment, and persistent leaking at the whole house water filter assembly. Conducted comprehensive inspection of the complete water system from well to point-of-entry equipment, examining all plumbing connections, pressure regulation components, and filtration hardware. Documented existing conditions with photographs showing the insulated pipe network, pressure gauge, filter housing with visible leak collection pans positioned beneath the assembly, and associated water treatment components. Identified the whole house filter as the primary source of leaking, which had progressed from an initial leak that temporarily stopped after filter replacement to a current slow drip condition. Noted significant black sediment accumulation requiring multiple filter changes within a short timeframe, indicating potential issues with well water quality or system contamination. E

We have a Diakon mini split and we're told by another "reputable" HVAC company that the part for repair was obsolete. Moyers HVAC looked at the questionable problem and told us that the part is available and will be doing the repair. I have always been an advocate of using family owned local businesses, Moyers has proved this to certainly be the best choice, and will continue to work with Moyers Total Indoor Comfort in Kutztown, without a doubt.

Completed preventative maintenance inspection on existing Goodman air conditioning system. Performed comprehensive system evaluation including temperature differential measurements across evaporator coil, recording 53.8°F reading at unit. Conducted electrical diagnostics using clamp meter, measuring capacitance at 487 MFD to verify compressor capacitor performance within manufacturer specifications. Inspected condenser coil condition, noting dust accumulation on fins. All electrical connections verified secure, system operating within normal parameters.

Responded to no hot water complaint on oil-fired boiler system. Upon arrival, inspected boiler unit and associated hydronic piping system. Found low system water pressure affecting boiler operation. Checked expansion tank, circulator, and zone valves for proper function. Addressed water pressure issue by adding water to system and purging air from lines. Verified boiler firing sequence, burner operation, and flame characteristics. Confirmed domestic hot water production restored and system operating within normal parameters. Advised customer regarding low water pressure throughout house plumbing system requiring attention to house water filter.

Everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind and helpful. From estimate to office to installation. I ask a lot of questions and they never seemed bothered by them. They were great about providing additional information so I could understand what they were doing. They were prompt and affordable. Adam and Wyatt were the techs and were knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious. We just had a hot water heater installed and will be reaching out to them in the future for quotes on other HVAC needs.
