Heat inspection on a miller furnace.
Performed a routine maintenance on a 2 year old Ducane propane furnace. Everything operating normally and in good condition.

Installed a Lennox air conditioning system. Positioned the aluminum Merit Series condenser on a level concrete pad with proper clearances. Ran lineset with insulation through conduit. Connected refrigerant lines using nitrogen purge and vacuum-rated service valves. Evacuated system to 500 microns. Weighed in factory-specified R410A charge. Configured communicating control system.
Installed a Daikin RXN24NAVJU 24,000 BTU mini-split heat pump system. Mounted the outdoor condensing unit on a level concrete pad using manufacturer-approved isolation pads. Ran separate linesets for the two indoor air handlers through a lineset cover. Utilized a vacuum pump to pull 500 micron vacuum on the system before weighing in the factory-specified refrigerant charge of R410A. Configured the wall-mounted indoor units and outdoor condenser for heat pump operation. Performed system checks, verifying proper superheat, subcooling, airflow, and temperature split values.
Performed an AC tune-up on a Lenox system. The system was thoroughly checked for any signs of wear and tear. I also checked the refrigerant levels, cleaned the condenser coils, and replaced the filter. There were no issues found with the system.
30 days installation recheck.
Lennox gas furnace inspection
Furnace maintenance visit. Performed full heating maintenance checklist on 6 year old Lennox system. Reviewed all components, cleaned up the unit, made sure everything working correctly. Customer satisfied with their furnace tune-up.
