Investigating unusually high electric bills on a Lennox heat pump. Found that a failed defrost sensor had allowed ice buildup, which blocked airflow to the outdoor unit and caused it to lockout on low pressure. This caused the backup heat strips to run much more than usual. Replaced faulty sensor. System is running well.

Checked a recently installed Daikin heat pump and propane furnace. System is running properly and in good condition.
After hours no heat call for an oil furnace. Nozzle was clogged, preventing proper ignition. System now up and running.

No heat call on Goodman propane furnace. Base of chimney was clogged, preventing furnace from running properly. Cleaned it out and everything now running correctly.
Completed oil service and safety inspection on Williamson low boy oil furnace. Cleaned oil nozzle assembly and replaced oil nozzle and oil tank filter. Ran system to verify safe and proper operation. Replaced failed fan motor on a multi-head Fujitsu mini split. System back up and running.
Serviced a 1 year old Daikin Fit system. Made some minor tweaks to the ductwork to improve airflow to a bedroom. System running well.
Completed system heating checks on a Rheem and Lennox heat pumps. Both system are working properly and safely for heating season.

Completed system service on low-boy oil furnace. Tested blower for proper operation. Found that coupling inside oil burner had failed. Replaced and verified proper and safe system operation.

Completed cooling check on Daikin Fit system. Outdoor unit is clean and clear of debris, all components operating properly. Condensate drain is in good condition and draining properly. Indoor thermostat is working properly. Filter is in good condition. All major components in indoor unit are operating properly. Adjusted vents in kitchen and bathroom to help increase airflow to furthest bedroom. Indoor temperature split was 16 degrees with system not running at full capacity. System operating properly.
Plumbing service. Repairing water softening unit to deliver pristine water to the home.
I recently replaced the outdoor unit for a Rheem heat pump. Removed the old unit and installed a new Rheem RP17 variable-speed heat pump. Connected the refrigerant lines and electrical wiring, ensuring proper voltage and amperage. Charged the system with R-410A refrigerant and checked for leaks. Calibrated the unit to match the indoor air handler. Tested the system to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The Rheem heat pump is now fully operational and providing efficient heating and cooling.
Air conditioning service. Customer called us because their system was not cooling properly. Upon diagnostic, found a bad capacitor was the problem. Was able to replace the capacitor to get the system working again. The customer was thankful for the repair.
