Performed preventative maintenance on a Goodman GSX160601 5-ton air conditioning split system. Cleaned condenser coils using a coil cleaner solution. Flushed the condensate drain line. Tightened electrical connections and lubricated the condenser fan motor. Checked refrigerant charge via superheat and subcooling measurements, adding 0.5lbs of R410A to achieve optimal values. Cycled and tested unit for proper operation.
