Job Locations and Reviews
Completed service on oil boiler that wan’t heating a zone properly. Bled radiator and worked valve to break up any dirt that may be trapped in the valve. Verified proper and safe operation of the system after work was completed.
Completed heating check on Thermodynamics oil boiler. Cleaned nozzle assembly and replaced oil nozzle and filter. Turned system on and verified proper and safe system operation.
I performed a tune-up on a Trane S9V2 furnace. I inspected the heat exchanger for cracks, cleaned the burner assembly, and tested the ignitor and flame sensor. I also replaced the air filter with a MERV 13 filter to improve indoor air quality. Finally, I checked the thermostat and performed a full operational test to ensure everything was working efficiently.

Repaired a toilet that wouldn’t flush correctly. Inspected the internal components and identified a worn flapper and a misaligned fill valve. Replaced the flapper with a Korky universal flapper and adjusted the fill valve for proper water level. Cleaned the flush valve seat to ensure a tight seal. Tested the flush multiple times to confirm the repair. Ensured the toilet now flushes efficiently and effectively.
Roberto was very polite and explained everything ahead of time. He completed his diagnostics and replaced a leaking drain pipe. He explained what he did, gave me info on the Moyer services plans. All in all excellent, polite service.

AC maintenance on a Trane system. The system was looked over and ran to test performance. The customer had an air filter that we replaced for them. The unit is working well for the home and is ready for the summer heat.
Did a routine maintenance on a Lennox natural gas furnace. Everything in good condition and working properly.
Garage heater installation service call. Customer is doing more work in their garage and wanted to make sure it could stay warm as the weather got colder. Installation went smoothly.
